ANSUZ Psychology is a Clinical Psychology Registrar - Suzanne Lucas (Masters Clinical Psychology), who  works collaboratively with people  to help them heal by gaining a deeper understanding of  how their own  thoughts, feelings, behaviours, temperament, and values interact together. The aim is to help people develop an acceptance of self, to grow beyond their personal challenges and to  build their own life worth living. One therapy motto is: You have to be your own best friend!
This collaborative process involves combining  your expertise about yourself  with the 20 plus years of  experience (both professionally and in life) Suzanne has gained in a variety of settings such as  the  non-government psychiatric rehabilitation sector, government community mental health services, psychoeducation  programs, group facilitation, private practice (face to face and telehealth),  private inpatient services and the school of life.
Areas of Interest:
Example areas of interest are trauma, goal setting, addictions, emotion dysregulation, anxiety,  and  affective disorders. Mainly, Suzanne just likes helping others when possible.
But what is most important is  helping people to get unstuck.
